The Full Story
About
Hermine was born and raised on a beautiful farm in southern Sweden. She moved to California in 2009 to learn how to make wine, but fate would soon guide her in another direction.... She began studying Ayurveda in 2011 at The Dyhana Institute in Sebastopol. There, she experienced the profound awakening of her passion for healing the body by honoring the rhythm of the seasons. She has continued her studies in Ayurveda and remains committed to the life long learning of this wonderful science. She completed her Hatha Yoga teacher training with Marianne Wells in Costa Rica in 2014, and has subsequently completed her health coach certification, personal trainer certifications, as well as pre-natal and post-natal yoga teacher trainings. Hermine has also expanded her education through the study of shamanism, death and deepening relationship with spirit at the Last Mask Center with Christina Pratt. She values plant medicine and its potential to awaken and enlighten. Hermine blends all her knowledge into each of her classes and always teaches from the heart.
For fun, Hermine was an avid skydiver for eighteen years and traveled the world extensively with the sport. She holds two world records for the largest female head down formations ever flown. She completed the first world record in 2013 with 65 women, and in 2016 she achieved a second world record with a team of 67 women.
Now, Hermine has two adorable sons. She and her husband share a passion for horses and adventure, and they are excited to welcome you to their home.
The Land
Let me tell you a story…
I vividly remember sitting on a school bus in Sweden traveling through the frozen landscape and dreaming of warmer places.
That day thirty years ago I was given an assignment in school. The question was, where will you be in twenty-five years?
My answer was - I will live in California on a horse ranch and have two children. My teacher's comment was: “Some have wilder imaginations than others.”
Our horse ranch is idyllically located on a mountain top with 360 degree views. This is where we come together as a community and sit in reverence with each other. This is our home. This is our sanctuary. This is where the magic happens.

The Vision
This endeavor originated from passion, creativity, and health. We will continue in this pursuit for as long as those interests are served. This is not a traditional commercial exercise. These are private gatherings.
The most rewarding aspect of this work has been the formation of a sacred, trusting, and respectful community where participants feel seen and safe to share themselves openly.
There is power in the stillness here. A chance to reset from the implausible pace of our modern lives.
