She draws upon her decades of experience as a yogi, Pilates instructor, fascia practitioner, dancer, martial artist, athlete, and plant medicine worker to create fun, challenging, intelligent class flows with great music. I'm delighted to welcome Mo Washburn, a highly regarded Ayurvedic healer and masseuse. Her mastery goes beyond space and time. Her specialty is in deep relaxation, lymphatic drainage, support in returning to homeostasis, alignment, intuitive healing, tension and muscular release. We are honored to welcome the incredible Diana Carr to our spring retreat—a shamanic musician whose voice and sound weave a bridge between worlds. With a deep-rooted connection to ancient traditions and nature’s wisdom, Diana’s music is a portal for healing, awakening, and transformation. We will have a special treat under the stars with Deva Munay. Deva has found using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to be one of the fastest ways to find stillness, inner peace, and harmony. She uses the power of sound to bring people and groups into deeply healing, restorative, meditative states of being. Last but not least my incredible assistant, ceremony space holder and creative "sister" Jolene Rust will help us weave this wisdom and hold the sacred container with me. This retreat is for all levels and for all ages. No previous experience required. This is more than your average yoga and wellness retreat - this is soul activation!
